Oscar M. Farrington was listed in the Little Rock (Pulaski County, Arkansas) city directories between 1908 and 1912.  He also appears in a class list from Howard University School of Law upon receiving an LL.B. degree in 1904.  He died in Little Rock in October 1972.  Nothing else is known about him.
