Jno. D. Page was admitted to practice before the state supreme court on January 20, 1908. He had earlier been listed as a Justice of the Peace in the town of Hot Springs (Garland County), Arkansas, in 1884. Page was a member of the Wonder State Bar Association, a Black lawyers organization, in 1901. Nothing more is known about him.
