George H. Green(e) was listed in the Little Rock (Pulaski County, Arkansas) City Directories of 1910 and 1912. In 1938, he was a member of the Wonder State Bar Association, a Black lawyers group, and practicing in Hot Springs (Garland County), Arkansas. Nothing else is known about him.
