Walter F. Clark was listed as an attorney in the 1916 Little Rock (Pulaski County, Arkansas) City Directory. He was admitted by the state supreme court on February 26, 1917. No more is known about him, although a “W.F. Clark” was reported a member of the Jackson County (Missouri) Bar Association in 1930, and may indicate where he went from Little Rock.
